Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to wholesale sales by NI MED EOOD to business customers only. They do not apply to consumers.

2. Partner accounts

Prices and ordering are available to business customers whose partner account has been approved. We may approve or decline an application at our discretion.

3. Order requests

An order sent through the website is a request. A contract is concluded only when we confirm the order by e-mail. Availability is checked but not reserved while you prepare your list.

4. Prices and VAT

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. The competent court is the court at the registered seat of the seller in Burgas, Bulgaria.
